We have always make it a fair for everyone – for the school, instructors and the students.

For classes cancelled by the swimming coach/swimming instructor – penalty will go to the coaches or swim school with no charges incurred and schedules will be re-arranged

Only for classes cancelled by the students do arrange for a replacement before the deadline as instructors had reserved the time slot for the students. Do check with the coach for availability of his time slots.
