Kallang Basin Swimming Complex
Kallang Basin Swimming Complex, the most retro activesg swimming complex to Delta Swimming Complex. It is one well-structured complex with designs mainly remaining as the older 1980s design where all the neighborhood schools and folks go for their swimming lessons and recreational activities.
This place is not new to certified swimming instructors as well as lifeguards. This is one of the go-to places where newbie swimming instructors and aspiring instructors will do most of their training in.
Singapore Life Saving Society is also built into the building and most of the lifeguards and swimming instructors will go through their tests and examinations here before getting certified.
It is also situated near to Kolam Ayer Community Club and Ministry Of Manpower Services Centre.

Kallang Basin activesg swimming complex was built with the main intention of providing swimming and exercise to encourage Singaporeans to be healthy and start getting active in life.
This pool has brought up many swimming instructors and provided fond memories to those who have used this pool since young. Many facilities have gone through face off throughout the years of operation.
The pools at night now are using led lights that are also energy efficient and bright for safe swimming. There are a few food court within walking distance located around HDBS after swimming lessons. Walking distance approximately around 5 to 10 minutes.
For those serious swimmers or training for swimming competitions, The swimming complex has one competition pool. And also a recreational pool for those who are still trying to pick up swimming of depth not more than 1.5m.
